Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. What a wonderful experience I had at Saffron. The staff is absolutely amazing. The best service I have experienced in Omaha for sure! The atmosphere is great! Lots of photo opportunities and truly, there is no “bad” table in this restaurant. Each table is in a great space with a beautiful atmosphere surrounding it. The food was so authentic and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot!
