Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Service was pretty good. Fish and chips was disappointing bc you get 3 nuggets of fish. Mac and cheese and braised greens were good as was the fried chicken

The octopus was exceptional: grilled crispy, yet moist and tender on the inside. The combination with harissa and salty nuts was superb. Haloomi also very good. Mains: scallops with corn, a fun surprise; filet, nicely prepared.

Meals came out 5 minutes after getting appetizer and soups, despite making a point of asking the waiter when we ordered to hold putting the entree order in until done with apps . But food was good, as always.
