Located in downtown Los Angeles, Redbird is carved into one of the city’s most historic edifices, inside the rectory building of Vibiana – a premier wedding, events and performing arts venue. Chef | Owner Neal Fraser and Owner | Operator Amy Knoll have crafted a beautifully dynamic restaurant space within which to enjoy Chef Fraser's critically acclaimed Modern American menu. Wine Director Christopher Dugan’s wine list is well-rounded with great finds from both established and emerging regions throughout the world. Bar Director Tobin Shea's cocktail offerings feature well-balanced, bespoke renditions of the classics, as well as inventive and inspired originals. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available for brunch, happy hour + dinner.The Main Dining Room offers open air dining under our retractable roof with views of the Vibiana bell tower and the upper balconies of the rectory building.     Wonderful brunch at Red Bird. We enjoyed the service and the food very much. It is so nice to relax and enjoy good food in a beautiful setting without feeling rushed. The menu is a great mix of sweet and savory items; the portions are ample enough to share if you feel like a bite of both. Looking forward to returning soon.

    At breakfast I had the best congee I ever had in the United States at San Laurel. The ingredients were spectacular. Home made dried pork hash was made from jamon iberico and their XO sauce was also homemade by the chef. I shall order congee for breakfast every time I stay at Conrad Downtown LA.

    Bestia is a sleek restaurant with an industrial chic vibe. The ambiance of this place is energetic with high end quality food. It is one of my favorite places to go have dinner and the drinks are on point! The food is Italian inspired with innovative flavors making your palate salivate for more! Some of my favorite dishes that I would recommend from the menu are the bone marrow, homemade ricotta, cavatelli, branzino, and the ribeye. Whatever you choose from the menu you won’t be disappointed! I would definitely recommend Bestia over and over again but make sure to get reservations in advance!

    The ambience of this rooftop oasis was RUINED by a young couple next to us who were baiting each other into fights and blasting videos on their phones at each other. Given we were one of 3 tables on the whole terrace, I would have appreciated better space between diners. Food was special and service was otherwise terrific.
