Paulo & Bill Restaurant in Shawnee serves up well-presented seafood and Italian cuisine including the classics and more modern choices.Paulo & Bill Restaurant offers appetizers that include garlic bread, wood-fired salmon salad, calamari, crab cakes and goat cheese bruschetta. Pasta options can be made gluten free and include the house-made gnocchi, wild mushroom ravioli and lasagna.     This place is wonderful. Beautifully designed spaces, appropriate for a fine dining experience. Service was great, if a little over-the-top because it was the first night of a soft opening, and all the eyes of corporate and the restaurant management were focused everywhere. So at least some of the waitstaff were understandably nervous. But it didn’t take away anything from thoughtfully created and presented food and drink, with outstanding preparation and flavor. Congratulations! Your diligent work and careful attention to detail had great results. Good luck, going forward.

    Selva Grill is always excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly, the Caesar salad delicious as always and the service top notch. It is not inexpensive but you can count on a great experience.

    We have dined many times at A&C and each time it seems to get a little better. Friday night we were a party of 6 and everyone really enjoyed the 611 and Caesar Salads. Friday night was Prime Rib (excellent), pork chop (great), salmon and Bahn Mi sandwich. Everyone was more than pleased. The team did a great job. Brendan’s service is always great.

    Probably the best restaurant in Sarasota in every respect. You come for the experience not only the food. The ambiance is unique, prestigious and very customer focussed. The menu is short (= THE essence of quality!) and provides dishes you won't get elsewhere. The staff is professional, and observing every step of your table. Great. We were here for the second time and from now onwards it is at the top of our list if we want to go for uncompromised quality.
