Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. In addition to the Italian staples, we offer an extensive shared plates selection, grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and a small but decadent dessert list, all prepared in-house and served alongside an Italian-focused cocktail program and an Italian-centric wine list. Open Wednesday-Saturday from December-March, this year's menu features Spanish-style tapas, beautiful salads and flavorful entrees, as well as a Spanish wine list and cocktails. Chef Rob Clagett is at the helm of the culinary experience and guests will find many locally sourced ingredients in his thoughtful dishes. Seated Bar offers our full menu. The lounge offers our tapas menu. Both Bar/Lounge are walk-in only. Please call for day of availability as there are commonly last minute cancellations. Reservations of 8+ need to be made directly by calling us at 406-837-7302. There is an 18% auto-gratuity fee. We do not accept reservations via email or voicemail. Bar/Lounge is walk-in only.

Saketome Sushi is a sushi bar known for its wide selection of seafood cuisine prepared from freshly caught fish. Best smoked prime rib I’ve ever tasted, so nicely seasoned but not overly done. All of our food was excellent, service exceptional, and the place itself is exactly what we were looking for while visiting NW Montana. We will be back.

Food was perfect! The scallops tapas melt in your mouth! Waitress suggested a Spanish red wine that was perfectly paired with our dinner. Will look forward to our next dining experience in the beautiful lodge!

The steak was the best in the valley. Arancini, rice ball appetizers left us wanting more. Wine list was decent. Good job.

Absolutely excellent! This restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to make dinner amazing. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana. If you dont stop here, you are truly missing out.
