The dress code is casual however the fare is anything but. Featuring dishes such as Pasta Fritta, Insalata Griglia, Petti di Pollo alle Fragole, and Risotto Pescatore. Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025. Reservations needs to be cancelled 2 days prior to avoid cancellation fee of $ 75.00.Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.Winter season will be closed on Sunday.We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.Thank you for joining us for a wonderful dinner.

    From the moment we walked in the door, greeted by a true Colorado native, in shorts and flip flops in 6 degree weather and snow 😉, (with owner vibes 😉) we felt as if we were walking into a family home for dinner. We were seated right away (with reservations of course) and each staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The food, oh my goodness, the food was so delicious and fresh! Our server was very knowledgeable about each item on the menu and made terrific recommendations! We are so glad we chose to have dinner at Fattoria for our first night in Colorado! It was an amazing way to start our trip!!

    It has been a few years since we last visited Grouse Mountain Grill. We won’t wait that long to return. A new chef has preserved the excellent traditions of the restaurant (Lobster Mascarpone, Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops) and upgraded the quality and variety of the menu as well. A truly amazing meal! We dined quite early and as a result the restaurant was very quiet but picking up steam when we left. Thanks for the great meal!

    My husband and I had a very nice dinner at Mirabelle. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The squash salad and onion soup were good sized portions. I had the short ribs which were tender and delicious and my husband’s elk was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. We will definitely return!
