This reservation is NOT accepted at the Turkey Hill Brewing Co. Your reservation will be made at The Farmhouse Fine Dining Restaurant located inside the main house/lobby of the Inn at Turkey Hill. The Farmhouse is a small, upscale restaurant in NEPA featuring seasonal American fare, classic cocktails, and attentive service just seconds off I-80 (Exit 236). This was my second experience at The Refinery, and I loved it even more than the first. I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo app and the Long Stem Artichokes. My mother had the Trofie pasta with vodka sauce and seafood. It has a spicy kick, FYI. I enjoyed the Swordfish with mussels and shrimp. The portions were substantial and beautifully presented. Here's the kicker: THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Next-level servers and they work together to make your evening smooth and seamless. Next time I'm saving room for an espresso martini and some dessert.
