Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating. Our waiter Johnathon was phenomenal! We had a party of 12, anything over 6 is usually the kiss of death, and our waiter forgot nothing! Our drinks came out quickly! The apps, more drinks and entree’s all came out hot, prepared very well and tasty. I ordered the short rib bolognese, which was delicious!! We would absolutely host events at The Foundry in the future!

Cooper’s Hawk is becoming one of our favorite mid-priced dining choices lately and today’s visit was as good as all the others. An eclectic menu offers plenty of options to satisfy just about anybody’s appetite of the moment. Service is excellent, too. The house wines, a feature of this chain, have gotten much better over recent years. Some of the dry reds especially hold their own nicely with big-name brands.

We arrived at 11AM and several of us had to keep coats on due to the cold air coming out of vents. It was an extremely cold day as it was.
