Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Very much enjoyed our evening. Great views and good food in the heart of Dumbo. Waterfront views if NYC, Brooklyn Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge. The whipped ricotta appetizer was excellent! Pizzas and pastas were all very good as well.

A pleasant surprise to come upon Strange Delight- EXCELLENT warm and welcoming professional staff. Food is FRESH and plated beautifully. The overall ambiance and vibe was happy and upbeat. Great place for lunch and a nice way to enjoy a pre-Holiday meal in Brooklyn. We definitely will be back for dinner!!

Kind of noisy but like a busy/cool to be there type of vibe. Don’t sleep on the buffalo chicken dumplings-pricey but well worth it. The cavatelli were rich, bursting with flavor from the sausage and mushrooms. Was full but indulged in the sticky toffee pudding-rich and buttery. Expensive and the portions looks small, but the food is rich and quality is outstanding. Great place to go for a special dinner.

I enjoyed my experience at Greyz Bistro! Good food and service. My salmon was cooked perfectly and with a wonderful sear. I didn't get to try any cocktails or the tacos, but I plan on doing so soon. I would dine here again as the service was good and the chef/owner came to our table to thank us for coming.
