The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Dinner was absolutely delicious!! The arugula salad just gets better and better. I tried the short-rib agnolotti for the first time and every bite was spectacular!! Only complaint- a few more of those bites would have felt more satisfying, it didn’t feel like quite enough. Please add just a bit more to the plate next time, and the Panna Cotta was to die for!!

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!
