We are a family owned business and love to share our passion of authentic Cuban cuisine. With all of our years of restaurant experience, we have decided to have some fun with our classic Cuban dishes and add a touch of Asian infused flare. Sushi Kai prides itself on offering a daily tasting menu, highlighting fresh and seasonal ingredients right in the heart of Fort Lee, NJ. Have a seat at our sushi counter and let our chef’s showcase their passion for a memorable omakase experience.Our Omakase experience is $155/person. This will include a multi course seasonal tasting menu, including appetizers, sashimi, nigiri and dessert. Seating's are strictly 2 hours with seating at the bar only. Please note we do have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within that timeframe are subject to a $155.00 per person fee. This is non-refundable & non-negotiable. Please be aware we do allow BYOB of all types of alcohol with no corkage fee.

    Cho Dang House does not offer “Korean BBQ.” Instead, it focuses on stews and soups that feature meat or fish as part of the dish rather than the main attraction. It felt like I was at somebody’s mother's house, where meals are made using the same ingredients that mothers have used and perfected as a dish over years of cooking for their families, seasoned beautifully, and with a lot of love. You can tell by the people eating that this was their go-to spot. The restaurant's intimate setting (read small) is calm and relaxed. My colleague and I had a wonderful experience.
