Koisan Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that has offered creative, fresh, and authentic Japanese cuisine at the heart of orange for 40 years.     We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience! Starting in the bar with great drinks and fantastic sunset viewing on the patio, to the quiet table for 7 to celebrate my husband's birthday! The drinks and food came in great timing, too! The steaks and seafood dishes were very delicious, as was the baby back ribs!

    We loved the food we ordered and the service was really great. We've been to this restaurant a lot of times and so far we are happy with the service we are receiving from the employees. From the reception desk to the servers and the delicious food. Friendly service especially by Nicholas, our server last night.

    Gorgeous modern/traditional steak house atmosphere, featuring booths & banquette seating (if you hate tables like I do) - a major plus. Service is truly a 10 out of 5. This is my favorite special occasion steak house - prefer its unique & comfortable ambiance over Capital Grille or Mastro’s hands down. The whisky and bourbon menu is fantastic. Oh, and the farm menu is lovely.

    Everything was smooth from the moment we arrived . The host was kind enough to accommodate our request of sitting outside . I will say our server maya was amazing she made the experience even better. She was very attentive and with an amazing vibe. She helped answered all our questions. Shout out to maya thanks for everything .
