Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside market driven dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients from local farmers and seafood purveyors, or the occasional nod to a modern pantry. Fresh pasta, made in house, is at the heart of the menu, while features from the Grill, House Specialties, pizza, and seasonal produce round out the menu. Our robust beverage program features an extensive selection of Italian and Californian wines that have been carefully selected to pair with our Italian flavors alongside classic Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs.     We had an anniversary date night at Mastro’s and it was amazing. We had the tomahawk steak and the filet and it was tasty suuuper good. Our server was really nice and helpful with everything since it was our first time. We loved our experience and we hope to come back!

    I recently dined at Rollati Ristorante with my team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, with perfectly portioned dishes that were just right—not too overwhelming. The standout for us was the thousand-layer lasagna, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. The clam pizza was another highlight—so flavorful and well-executed. For dessert, we had the tiramisu cake, which was a pleasant surprise. It wasn’t overly sweet, striking the perfect balance and rounding off the meal perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that adds to the overall dining experience. On top of that, the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We loved every bit of our time at Rollati Ristorante and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal.

    Delicious dinner and wonderful service. What more can I say? The room is beautiful in one of the most beautiful buildings in San Jose. I have been going here for many years and it is still my favorite restaurant.
