The 10oz Fillet looked larger than 10oz which was a nice surprise! Food was all delivered to the table with serving domes keeping it all warm. They then had multiple food servers pull the domes simultaneously for a great presentation. Only area I was a bit less impressed with was the souffle dessert. Ordered the vanilla base with blueberry topping -- I think the chocolate would have been better!
