The food menu is inspired by the most evil inhabitants of this earth with tasty bites and seared flesh. During the winter, Cinnabar is your après ski spot, conveniently located just inside Earl’s Lodge at the base. It's family friendly with incredible gastro-pub style cuisine and a full complement of spirits, wine, and local craft beers. Live music is offered on weekends during the ski season.
