With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula.     Great experience. Love how we get bread and our wine while we wait. Personnel is always readily available and attentive. Food was delicious as always. Highly recommend a visit for any occasion. Kid friendly as well.

    My wife and I had a lovely experience with everything from the bread to the drinks, appetizers, and main course!! Bone marrow asada is a must try!! Pork belly burnt end melt in you mouth crazy good!! Pea tendrils also amazing side!! It's slept on! Spencer steak nice piece of meat recommended by my good friend and chef Christopher!! Thanks again for the great food. My wife had sea food shrimp and artichokes, and it was also amazing as well!! Will be coming back soon!!

    I brought my husband here for his birthday. From the moment we walked in, everything was lovely. They had printed his name and happy birthday on the menus. They brought us complementary Cava to toast his birthday. I am a vegetarian and I loved my appetizer and entrée. My husband loved everything he had as well. The staff are so kind and welcoming. This was our first time dining here. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.
