An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300. This is a unique dining experience; menus highlight unforgettable flavors from all over the world. The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option.
