Star chef Mark LoRusso reinterprets the classic American steakhouse at the edge of the Lake of Dreams. At Wing Lei, rising star chef Ming Yu masterfully blends the flavors of China with Western technique to create a singularly delicious cuisine. The seduction begins as you enter this exotic space, dressed in glimmering glass, tiger onyx, mother-of-pearl and gold accents.
