Our dishes feature top quality seasonal and regional ingredients prepared in our kitchen and enhanced when paired with our wines. The Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday - Sunday 11am to 4pm and dinner from 4pm to 7pm. The maximum party we book a reservation for is up to 8 guests. Walk ins are welcome and will be placed on a wait list based on availability. The Restaurant is open in inclement weather and when it rains. Heaters are available in the winter, and misters and fans are on in the summer. We allow trained service animals only, sorry no pets.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined.     Another great culinary experience at CIELO!! We have dined at this restaurant on several occasions, and we keep coming back for more! The staff are super friendly (hostesses Klynn and Kayla) make us feel very welcomed! Our waiter Enrique is fabulous, as always and the restaurant Manager Gerardo always checks in with us to be sure our needs are being exceeded! The restaurant itself is classy and elevated (in every sense of the word) and the staff makes you feel right at home. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

    Table was ready when we arrived, before dinner drinks were amazing, had a pizza for appetizers, I had spaghetti and meatballs and husband had lasagna for dinner and a nice bottle of wine. Everything was delicious. This is our go to place when we are in Idyllwild, California.

    Had a great time at Bolero. We had a great server Adrian who was very knowledgeable, kind, and on point, which made our experience greater. Wine selection was enjoyable to accompany food. Food was great in size as well so we were very full after. Ambience was also great viewing the vineyard with European vibe. We will definitely come back.
