CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality. In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill. We also have a selected Raw Bar that offers exquisite products brought from various corners of the world, such as Octopus and Caribbean Lobster. La comida y el servicio espectacular. El ambiente puede ser mejor aprovechado creando atmósfera con la musica, se nota que es un playlist muy anticuado inclusive para contemporáneos. Algo de bossanova con covers modernos le brindarían una mayor sofisticación a la infraestructura.
