Our waiter, Timothy, is a perfect example of the professionalism one expects in a fine restaurant. He made the experience thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. He expertly prepared cocktails for all in our party and effectively entertained us while informing on menu and specials. He seemed more of a trusted friend than a waiter. They are listed as such on the menu, but they are fried in a shared fryer, so they are not gluten free. I ordered the grits instead, which tasted really weird.
