Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. We had our Thanksgiving Dinner for the first time at the Water Grill in Bellevue and found it extremely enjoyable and delicious. The service was excellent - the staff was highly attentive - and the food was excellent as well - from the clam chowder to the incredibly moist and flavorful turkey all the way through to the scrumptious pumpkin cheese cake and caramel bread pudding. The staff were especially gracious and festive and we had a lovely experience! We will definitely be returning!

Second time there. Food and service were both amazing. The whole fried fish was so good but the quinoa chaufa may have been the best of the lot. Also the old fashioned drink was perfect.

A Welcome glass of champagne as we entered the restaurant was a lovely and surprising treat. Very special! Food was delicious. Service was very good. Highly recommend. We were there quite early, so noise level may change as the restaurant fills up.
