North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. Enjoy the panoramic view of large oaks and a rolling stream from the many window-side tables, or the large, starlight deck. Or, savor the intimate atmosphere from a comfortable sofa, and in the winter, the warmth of a crackling fireplace. Ryan's Chef creates a tantalizing selection of appetizers such as jumbo lump crabmeat, steamed mussels in garlic butter and white wine, and oysters Rockefeller. Entrees range from thick, juicy steaks and prime rib to the finest grilled fresh fish and live Maine lobster. Choose from the menu or a superb selection of specials offered nightly. Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience. The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications. Recently awarded the DiRoNa Award for Distinctive Fine Dining.Please refer to our website for our dress code. It is enforced nightly.

    5-star dining as always ❤️ We love Ryan’s but this was the first time we’ve been at Christmas and it was extra-special! Food is always amazing, best steak you’ll find, and sitting right next to the fireplace tonight was perfect!

    We reserved last-minute seating for seven at our daughter’s college graduation dinner. The staff, food, and service exceeded our expectations. The manager even presented a celebration dessert plate to the graduate. Well done!

    it was my husbands birthday, the waiter walked up to our table with a smile and she said well happy birthday to you, that made my night, the food was amazing the NY strip is my favorite, they gave him a FREE dessert at the end with a candle!! everything was perfect!! one of my favorite restaurant!!!
