Occupying the historic Eagles Building on the corner of 400 South and West Temple street downtown, Caffe Molise opened in 1993 serving lunch and dinner daily. Featuring daily specials for lunch and dinner, with made-to-order appetizers, fresh and imported Italian pastas, main dishes and delectable desserts, we have been a fixture of Salt Lake City for 30 years. Staff favorites include our Ravioli con Zucca, the Arista, and Pappardelle al Sugo.Peruse our award-winning wine and drinks menus including our seasonal craft cocktails. Eva Coombs passed on her respect for quality ingredients, an emphasis on the nourishing benefits of food and most importantly, the shared pleasure of eating.     We’ve been coming to this Ruth’s Chris quite regularly for 10+ years. In my opinion no one else measures up. In the past the valet guys have been more helpful than tonight, but dinner and the inside staff were spot on. Will return many more times.

    Amazing location. To start off, they checked us in and brought us to our table. The staff was amazing and quickly got us seated as fast as I could. The location itself looked OK from the front, but once you got inside, it was more aesthetically pleasing. The waitress got our order in quickly and brought out our food. The food was amazing and met my date’s vegan requirements. Overall, I had a great experience.

    Fabulous wine menu. Love the vibe but service was slow. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable - I just think they were super backed up. We ordered bar bites which were so, so. Next time we will order from the main menu option.

    The food and service was INCREDIBLE but the noise was so bad I couldn’t hear anyone at my table talking, and I had requested a quiet table and they sat us next to a very loud party of 10! Was a bit disappointed.
