Mahogany’s steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef, known for its excellence in marbling, texture and flavor. We broil it exactly the way you like it at 900 degrees to lock in the corn-fed flavor. We serve it sizzling on a heated plate so that it stays hot throughout your meal. Selections from the ocean include Australian Rock lobster and the freshest fish daily based on availability. Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust.     I always have a good experience at firebirds. The other night we had a party of 15, 2 being toddlers. We had a phenomenal experience. The best part was our waiter Ben and his assistant Paul. They were absolutely fabulous and on top of everything!

    It was a large group from work. We got a reservation for 8 on short notice. The place looked amazing online for ambience and did not disappoint. To be fair it was after dark when we got the and the initial curb impression was a 60s strip mall. But inside it really delivered. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food hot and the drinks cold. The pretzel crusted Cheese curds and the stake frites were the don’t miss appetizers. Everyone enjoyed the food from the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, to the chef’s special steak to the Shrimp Diablo. It was an amazing, fun, experience. Would definitely go back again and again.

    Mahogany made our 12 wedding anniversary super special. Everyone staff who walked by wished us a Happy Anniversary. The wait staff was superb, food too notch. The new place is beautiful. I cant recommend this place highly enough.
