Havana has been committed to serving local and organic meats, produce and seafood since it opened 25 years ago. All of our meats are “naturally raised” meaning no steroids, antibiotics or hormones and “humanely raised” meaning room to roam, proper shelter and gentle handling. Very nicely done. Great food and service. Fancy presentation. The acoustics mde it a little noisy and it was a bit warm in the dinning room...unusually warm weather for November in Camden. Not inexpensive, but a nice treat.

A true star on the Maine coast. Star level service - a menu with wonderfully atypical & eclectic offerings you don't see at other modern cuisine restaurants. This is not your typical fancy resort restaurant - but instead a passion of its owners, Owen & Lizzie. If you're in the Blue Hill area, don't miss it.
