Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boom­box, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. Continuing past the pawnshop, guests encounter a grand, circular staircase wrapped around a two-story custom chandelier, but only the adventurous will discover all that Beauty & Essex has to offer. With four distinct dining rooms (one private), two bars, a lounge, and a women’s bathroom complete with a salon including a luxurious sofa, and antique perfume bottles. The cuisine, much like the design, is intended to set a new course. Chef Chris Santos was one of the pioneers of the small, share plate dining trend that has swept the nation, and with the Beauty & Essex menu, he once again has created waves on the food scene.

Italy's neighorhood pizzeria's are known as really casual places to hang out, meet friends, eat, drink and talk. Lil' Frankie's is just that. We offer real Neapolitan pizza, made exactly as it's made in Naples, fresh handmade pastas cooked to order, a wine and grappa list that rivals any in the city, and friendly (never pushy) service - all in a setting designed to make you feel at home. Our brick, wood burning, oven was handcrafted by a 3rd generation Neapolitan oven builder, brick by brick. It features real lava from Vesuvio and through a unique double dome design, recycles heat to reach near 900 degrees.

Wildair is a New York Restaurant founded by Chef Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske. Our style of dining is fun, loud and really energetic. Our tables are high tops and all our food is meant to be shared with everyone. We present organic vegetarian and vegan fare rooted in the Ayurvedic tradition that meets us where we are today. Bar Primi is a corner pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. What began as an idea for a small space in New York's East Village has since become an essential in chef and co-owner Andrew Carmellini's range: fresh pasta traditionally prepared and cooked to order. At Bar Primi, the main course is Primi Piatti. We use a variety of non-GMO semolina and specialty ‘00’ flours, organic eggs and handed-down techniques to create our menu of Traditional and Seasonal pasta dishes. We make more than a dozen different shapes and styles daily. This includes lumache and rigatoni from our imported extruder or ravioli and mezzalune cut and filled by hand. Family recipes and secrets are traded between Carmellini and Brooklyn-born chef-partner Salvatore Lamboglia who also offers a daily meat or seafood special in addition to a selection of shareable Piccolini and Antipasti, artisanal cheese, salumi and simple home-style desserts.

Supper is The Third restaurant from the Frank crew. Here Frank has taken his favorite classic dishes from all over the north of italy and coupled them with a space that reeks Old East Village charm. Wine wine and more Italian Wines than any other east village restaurant. Think lots of brick and stone low lighting and a handinstalled Florentine wood ceiling pictured in the last supper. Old Venetian glass hanging chandeliers and it's all just a setting for a whirling swirling kitchen center stage. Yeah...Veal Milanese (proper), Bolognese out the... You guessed it. OUT DA BUTT. Beef short ribs BAROLO, yup. Freshest salads and MOZZ, SPECK, FALL PARM SALAD, BURRATA, spag limone!!! Yeah...     LOVE Bondst. My favorite Japanese resto in NYC 25 years and counting. And I love how they take care of their regulars. Best order... Yuzu Martini, crab salad, tuna crispy rice, spicy crispy shrimp, chicken katsu bao, miso sea bass skewers, and chocolate lava cake.

    We had an incredible dining experience with the service, food and intimate ambiance. Shout out to the manager Mark for his exceptional warmth and hospitality as well as Joe our very knowledgeable server and Zach and Andy our bussers. The whole team work seamlessly to ensure a flawless dining experience. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

    Everything was perfect. The sushi is 10/10, truly the best. I have celiac disease and they had gluten free soy sauce and made sure everything was safe for me. Our server was wonderful and brought out ice cream and a candle for my husbands birthday.

    Yes, and yes. I'm by no means a food critic or influencer. As a matter of fact, I will say that trying this food has given my mouth a whole new level of happiness. We had the curry cauliflower in cashew sauce, along with the stir-fried vegetable platter, and they were both delicious. The creamy texture of the curry cauliflower and the way the flavors melted in my mouth were excellent. The staff was amazing and attentive. The dessert (Pecan chocolate chip) cookie was a hit for me with their Chai tea added to the experience. Great flavors and healthier for you. . .I will be back.
