Trani’s Dockside, is a new waterside restaurant launched by one of the port town’s best known restaurant families. The restaurant was able to hold a soft grand opening on May 16, the 98th anniversary of the opening of the original Trani’s Majestic Cafe that opened in 1925 in downtown San Pedro.

For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country.     This was a Christmas lunch with a group of ladies that have known each other for 60 yrs. The view, the weather, the food, and the service made it a perfect day to celebrate the upcoming holidays!

    The pork belly is a reliable favorite amongst our family. We tried the calamari that was grilled prior to breading and it was fantastic. Great recommendation by our server. Always great.

    The Skyroom has made a triumphant comeback. The food is exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. The location has sweeping views of the city. We had the Parker House rolls, duck liver parfait, steak tartar, duck and tableside bananas foster. Every dish was delicious. With two cocktails, the check was $200. Though tasty, I am not sure I would order the rolls again @ $2.50 a piece. This remains a special occasion, fine dining experience. Valet parking available for $8.

    Easy parking, nice view of habor, excellent food! Made reservations for outdoor patio but it was really sunny hot on Saturday. We opt for a table inside next to window with view of the harbor. The bread sticks were fresh and soft. Must request breadsticks otherwise they don't serve it. Clam chowder, great. Crab cake with salad delicious. Stuff sole with veggies & rice, excellent, Captain Platter, nicely grilled! They have a bar but we decided not to have a drink but maybe next time! We plan to go again! Excellent service.
