The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed. Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden.
