Rumi's Kitchen first opened more than a decade ago in Atlanta, the result of years of development by Chef / Owner Ali Mesghali. Showcasing the flavors of Iran -- fresh herbs, kabobs cooked over an open-fire grill -- quickly won loyal guests at the original location in Sandy Springs, GA and set us on pace to open our first restaurant outside of Georgia in 2020. It wasn’t busy due to the approaching thanksgiving holiday so I had a grand time. I would have liked a little bit more flavor in the Fra Diavolo dish but never the less I had a grand time.

We were able to sit out on the patio under 2 space heaters with our party of 10 (family from OOT) - it was great to hear each other and enjoy the wonderful food and service! The hummus (mushroom and lamb) and kebabs are amazing!

Our brunch experience was delightful and Troy made it extra special. He was attentive, cheerful and very thoughtful during our dining experience. The food was delicious and such a great value. The ambiance was vibrant yet sophisticated. Will definitely be back.
