Aviles Restaurant is located inside the Hilton Bayfront in downtown Saint Augustine and is open for breakfast and dinner daily with an attached Coffee Shop that serves Starbucks branded Coffee items and a Banquet facility that accommodates up to 90 people with a Boardroom for meetings up to 10 people. The menu is composed of unique twists on traditional dishes found in Spain, France, the Mediterranean and Caribbean regions. Start off the day with a Continental Breakfast or mix and match from items such as French toast, bacon, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and fresh fruit. Aviles offers many choices for dinner, including fresh Fish and Seafood, fresh Cut PRIME Steaks, New Zealand Lamb Racks and Surf N Turf. .     This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable. The gazpacho was presented beautifully. The table side salad was a treat and so delicious. And the red snapper dish was off the charts. I can’t say anything bad about this experience, but it was 100% plus another hundred percent a fantastic meal and experience. And the gift shop is worth a visit.

    Enjoyed birthday dinner, starting with delicious Montenegro meatballs(great sauce) and tuna tartare(good balance). Perfect whiskey sours. We liked the duck pappardelle and pasta alla vodka as comfort food. Nice chocolate mouse cake for birthday, good crust. Good service from Ashley and beautiful Xmas decorations. Cute hats to take home, fun idea.

    Time after time this remains my favorite restaurant in Saint Augustine. Food and service are always excellent and they make me an earthy martini that is better than anywhere else I’ve been in the world to date.
