Taking inspiration from the term Rumba, which was introduced in Spain in the early 20th century as rumba flamenco, the restaurant’s dishes flirt, tease and sway on the palate. The flavors are inspired by countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can then expect a wide menu comprised of Spanish, Italian, Greek, and a bit of French influences.     I will be back! Reserving is a must on a weekend to reduce waiting time. Very good service! Though the pancit is a bit salty.. overall the rest of our order is good!

    The ambience and experience of the Medley Buffet was amazing. There was so much food to choose from and everything was delicious. It was one of the best if not the best buffets I have been to. It ranks above most of the buffets in Las Vegas. It was my birthday and the birthday person received their buffet meal from including beer and wine for free. I highly recommend this buffet.
