BARCOA Agaveria is a basement bar that celebrates the spirits of Mexico. Serving imaginative craft cocktails and a vast list of agave spirits, BARCOA is often described as "vibey," "sexy," and "the time of my life" (says some dude from Mesa). Agave spirits such as tequila, mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, and sotol, are the stars here, available as flights, neat pours, or however you like.Reservations are only available for the basement bar. Overall, great experience! We started with oysters which were amazing. For dinner, two of us shared the trout, white beans & pork chop. The pork was out out of this world great. We would go back just for that. The trout was way over sauced with took away from the fish. The white beans were just ok. My boyfriend loved the seasonal salad which he said he would get again. Our server was great & helped us navigate the menu. The restaurant had great ambience but bring a sweater. It was cold. Overall, an enjoyable evening!
