Excellent restaurant, service impeccable, belle ambiance et très bon plat

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel attentionné, souriant et professionnel. Notre serveur fut exceptionnel. Je peux affirmer sans exagération que ce fut une expérience gastronomique décadente.

After just having spent tonight the most delightful 3 ½ culinary hours of our lives under the care of Marc the master server and his colleagues whose vast knowledge of the prix fixe menu and paired wines was truly itself spectacular and augmented the anticipation of each course and perfectly paired with the incomparable creative cuisine of master chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, my wife and I were left full of joy and gratitude for the immense effort the staff of this restaurant has put into perfecting their craft which we enjoyed nearly to the point of tears. If you can afford to splurge on a once in a lifetime exceptional culinary experience, you do not want to miss this.

The set up of tea was beautiful, with the tables along a wall of windows on the boardwalk. The food and tea were absolutely lovely, and the service was top notch. They were very accommodating of allergies and made adjustments to the menu based on restrictions. 10/10
