Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. Everything was terrific! My brother even commented that his water glass was filled 7 times over the course of our meal. We will be back and one day I'll brave some of the recipes in the cookbook!
