We had a wonderful lunch. The lasagna, veal parm, mussels and pizza were great. The sweets were fabulous. Service was very good and it was a very relaxing environment.

I have eaten at the Culinary Institute many times and at all the restaurants. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. My only complaint was that there were long gaps between courses while the dining room wasn't completely filled. On the other hand, the waiters we had were very sweet and did their very best.

We had a great experience. My boyfriend said pork chop tapas were spectacular and so was the dick dish. I had the pumpkin risotto (vegan) which was so creamy and delicious. Our waiter was amazing, knew the menu so well, provided us with recommendations on drinks and dessert. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit Rhineback!

Always a nice dining experience. Plenty of friendly and eager students working the front of house to check on us, food was very tasty, and considering the quality of the food, the prices are quite competitive. Winter dining deals are $50 for a 3 course prix fixe menu. We were there when the prix fixe deal wasn't offered, but even with a la carte, our bill for 2 was around $100.

Joseph's has become a neighborhood establishment worthy of praise from all sides. The food is well prepared, the service is outstanding(our waitress for tonight was one of the most delightful personalities we have encountered in any restaurant we have visited in recent years), and the overall congeniality that Joe has created is very special.
