Set in the 'Garden Village' at Tankardstown, Brabazon Restaurant has become a true destination for diners and lives long in the memory of all who visit. Head Chef János Sárközi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is derived from the estates own kitchen garden and polytunnels. Really enjoyed visiting. The food is slightly overpriced in and of itself but more than made up for by the experience in terms of ambience. Overall, first time going but not the last!

Very good. Moved up a couple of notches in the past 2 years. Could be looking at a Michelin star soon. Please visit if you are in the Boyne Valley Meath / Louth area.
