Cielo, is a Steak and Seafood Restaurant that celebrates a distinctly comfortable, Californian approach to fine dining. Each dish, inspired by traditional steak and seafood fare, showcases the fresh flavors of California’s farm produce and presents it with a playful sense of humor. Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

"Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined. Please reserve online; if OpenTable is not showing availability, we're fully booked or it is more than 14 days out. We accept reservations up to 30 days out. A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating.     This was our first time at Soboba, went for dinner and show, it was outstanding in all respects: Menu had excellent choices, we had the lobster, salmon, and steak, it was all exceptional. Place is immaculate, and the show was great. Cant wait to have another outing there.

    I was able to book almost 2 weeks out. The staff had my info, comments and were ready. Did not wait for anything, staff was on it. Appetizer came out quick, food took a reasonable amount of time and the quality was great. Appetizers and sides were portioned properly. Drinks were great, had a Bad Apple old fashion. 👍 Wine list was a bit short, was hoping for more options but I did have an Austin Hope Cab which was excellent with my meal. I will definitely recommend this steakhouse.
