In the heart of downtown Healdsburg, one of the country’s most accomplished chefs Kyle Connaughton, along with farmer and wife Katina Connaughton, host guests at SingleThread Farm-Restaurant-Inn, a 55-seat fine dining restaurant with five exclusive suites above the restaurant. The farm, located on 24 acres in the historic Dry Creek Valley, supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers and honey, to their restaurant. Guests of the restaurant are treated to a 10-course tasting menu, showcasing the seasonal bounty from the couple’s farm. SingleThread provides guests a bespoke hospitality experience in the center of Sonoma Wine Country.

At The Matheson's third floor, adventurous cocktails are crafted from innovative spirits and seasonal fruits, flowers, and herbs. The Mugnaini wood-fired oven kindles small plates that spark the palate (and conversations). Outdoor, open-air seating amidst planters and fire-pits elevate our buzzing garden perch. We take limited reservations 4 weeks in advance for groups up to 4 guests. Large groups from 6-12ppl can be accommodated through Open Table Experiences.Please note we can ONLY allow service animals on Roof 106. Enjoyed our tasting menu and appreciated the kitchen being about to accommodate celiac food restrictions. Neat restaurant and thought most of the courses were unique and tasty.

Small menu selection. Food was great. Our server appeared to be new so our experience wasn't as smooth as we were expecting. Nothing negative, just expecting a higher level given the restaurants reputation. We all have to start somewhere! The out space was lovely and comfortable! It was a cold night but it did not effect our dining experience! Looking forward to going again!!

Food Pickled veggies , macha fries with brisket , deviled eggs and coconut shrimp toast All excellent choices except for the coconut shrimp toast was on the oily side but taste was good . Service - we sat at the bar and the service was awesome ! Drink : the holiday sorrel hibiscus tea infused with goodness spices n ginger yummm
