At KELP we take our time to make sure the food that goes on your plate is a fresh and local as possible. We source our seafood to be specifically Scottish and sustainable. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden. Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones. We now have an AA rosette for 2023/2024 to highlight his and the teams amazing work. We are located on Cowcaddens Road, just around the corner from our sister restaurant, Ardnamurchan Restaurant and Bar and a stones throw from the theatre royal. Perfect for a meal before a show.     We arrived early (1 hour) for our booking and we were seated without a wait Food was amazing, although too much 😳 Service was great and price overall very reasonable Husband and son had the milkshakes and said they were the best they’d ever had

    Wonderful food & atmosphere with staff who go above & beyond & seem to be a lovely team. We visited on a Friday evening so got to see the amazing dancers who really put on a great show. One small negative was the drinks service was very slow & could be improved but we still had a really great night & will be back.

    Food was absolutely outstanding, best steak I've ever had! Can't mind the servers name but he was very professional. Cannot thank him enough! Thanks for making our visit even better! Will defo be back!

    The service was very fast with our feeling rushed, the staff were very friendly and definitely on it. The food was amazing and was definitely worth the money! I would most definitely eat here again. The venue was very beautiful and I just want to say the female toilets! I’ve never seen anything like them! As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed with a really nice floral smell and each toilet cubical has its own sink. No complaints at all!
