Granted, it was a busy evening but one of the things we like about Prime is that the service always is top notch. Not last night-- it seemed slow and disorganized. One other point..They have had an issue with repairing their Cappucino machine for YEARS...It is so ridiculous that we laughed when we found out that the issue lives...For this chain to just buy a new machine is truly a disgrace.
