In a casual yet elegant atmosphere, set in a recently remodelled century old historic train station, Claire's passion is great food and outstanding service. Offering contemporary American cuisine - local, seasonally focused - with a Southern flaire. The renovation honors the historic character of the Warrenton Train Depot, resulting in a warm, comfortable environment for casual meetings with friends, or special occasions and intimate family meals. The warm, elegant Garden Room provides seating for intimate meals, while the Tavern Room features a more casual dining experience in luxurious surroundings. A rotating selection of craft beers is available on tap, and the wine service is regularly expanded. Outdoor dining is available in season, and private events can be hosted in one of several areas in the restaurant. Awarded "Best of Warrenton" every year since 2006.

Forked on Main is a casual contemporary eatery, located in the historic Sparks building on Main Street in Orange, VA. Walk in the door and you’re instantly faced with the hostess stand and a decision – a fork in the road. Take a right and you enter a light-filled dining room that can seat couples, families or even private parties. The menu follows a Southern-fried meat-and-three concept, meaning diners order a meat, plus three sides. Those will include Ruthie’s mac and cheese, of course, but also white-soy-braised greens, stewed chickpeas and smoked cauliflower with a spicy soy glaze. “We’re going to be changing it a lot based on seasonality,” Hill says of the menu. “ Every vegetable has got to be fantastic because it has to stand on its own.” One thing that will help that: Hill is already growing all of the restaurant’s own herbs at his South Arlington community garden plot.

    This is a charming converted railroad depot restaurant with amazing quiche and interesting food. We had country ham and cheese quiche, which was fluffy and delicious with a flaky crust, Jack Daniels shrimp which were perfectly cooked, and their hamburger, which was a little overdone for us.

    Took my family to dinner here because it was recommended by my daughter. We ordered through the app on the table which took some maneuvering but everything came out perfectly. I was shocked by the total. We ordered appetizers to share and everyone ordered what they wanted. Tons of leftovers were packed up to go. Only two of us ordered a drink. The rest drank water. Our check was $275! Incredible for feeding 10! Service was wonderful. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

    Food was good and the waitress was a peach. Would I go there again? Yes. It is a little tricky to find.

    Lunch is always an excellent experience, great choices and a quiet atmosphere. Service is always very good. And a plus at lunch is that parking is available. Highly recommended Forked on Main.

    Never disappointed when I have dined at Harry’s. It’s a really great place to experience even if you just want drinks or just to relax from a busy week. Food was great. Food was cooked as ordered. Good selection of wine too. Staff and service were perfect.
