We have been dining at this particular Ruth's Chris' for many years now and have noticed that something has changed in the quality of the steaks since Darden Foods took over a couple years ago. I don't know if their supplier has changed or if their aging process has changed but the quality and taste of the New York Strip has definitely changed (The NY Strip is what I ALWAYS order so I speak from experience). The service is still first class as always and the other menu items seem consistent. This is our third visit since the change in ownership and coincidentally the third time the NY Strip has not been up to expectation.

We recently hosted a business dinner in the private dining room and were thoroughly impressed. The space was ideal—quiet, comfortable, and well-suited for a professional meeting of up to 8 people. Service was exceptional: attentive, efficient, and respectful of the business setting. The food exceeded expectations, with every course thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. An excellent choice for anyone looking to host a private business dinner on the Gulf Coast.
