This is a restaurant built on relationships: with our amazing farmers and purveyors, our dedicated staff, and of course with you, our guest.We hope to offer something timeless and authentic in a beautiful space, the regional specialties of Italy deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. We strive to be better every day. We're currently reserving indoor tables and bar seating. When available, outdoor patio reservations may be subject to weather disruptions.A Service Charge of 22% is applied to all checks at Nostrana, providing a professional and equitable wage for all team members.

Kachka features an award-winning menu of post-soviet inspired dishes including famous dishes such as the Herring under a fur coat, Rabbit in a clay pot, dumplings and much more. The restaurant is an homage to the dishes our chef/owner grew up eating. Kachka is open for indoor onsite dining. Walk-in lounge and bar seating are also available. Our Lavka grocery is open from 11am-9pm daily with counter service ordering from our Lavka cafe and deli available from 11-3. Seating is first come first serve on our upper patio or indoor lounge tables. We have proudly replaced tipping with a 22% service fee in order to provide a base wage of $25 per hour and free healthcare for all employees.     I’ve dined at kachka more times than I can count and this was among the very best! Food and drink were impeccable. The dumplings and rabbit were superb. Always love herring under a fur coat!! I will be back…many times over.

    What a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with enthusiasm and excitement. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant made it even better. Our server Noriko was just the absolute sweetest. She was so caring and passionate about giving us the opportunity to enjoy everything.

    Nostrana is an outstanding restaurant. The dining room and bar are quite beautiful and nicely furnished with quality design elements. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious with generous portions. We shared the wonderful Insalata Nostrana with radicchio, Parmesan Cheese, Caesar dressing and rosemary & sage croutons. For our Primi course we had the Gigli Pasta which was delightful and our Secondo course was the Mushroom stuffed Idaho Trout with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The trout was perfectly fried and deboned and, was topped by a generous dollop of black truffle butter which made it a very special dish. Nostrana is what a fine dining Italian Restaurant should aspire to. We’ll be back!

    Great first time at Grand Amari, Christmas Eve dinner! I've been meaning to visit for a while. From the time I walked in everyone was warm and friendly. All that translated well throughout the dinner. I was delighted with the menu options; food, drinks, dessert and spirits. Thank you so much!

    We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent and good value. Creative and delicious cocktails. The service was incredibly friendly and professional! Do not miss the fried tofu appetizer. None of us at the table were typically fond of tofu but this was absolutely delicious! Quite a revelation!
