The Remedy is an independent wine bar and restaurant opened in November 2013 located in Fitzrovia just five minutes walk from Regents Park. We serve Italian inspired small plates paired with an ever changing wine list. We wanted to create a cozy and relaxed place, where people could discover great food and beautiful wine. And so The Remedy was born!The food menu is a mix of traditional dishes and flavours, mainly from our beloved Italy and with respect of seasonality. Small plates, perfect to be shared in a convivial atmosphere.Our wine list is the result of our endless research for new and exciting wines from all over the world. We focuses on small producers with a low intervention approach (or so called natural wine) alongside producers with a more traditional touch. Once the beautiful Victorian interiors of this old pub were restored to their original glory and the first floor dining room opened, along with outside terrace for dining, the locals must have breathed a sigh of delight before tucking into some seriously good gastropub grub. Business folk crowd in at lunchtimes, while friendlier couples and groups pack in evenings and weekends. There is something here to suit most palates and pockets. The menu changes daily - another sign that they're serious about food here - but we recently loved the fish chowder, and the aubergine, potato and spinach bhaji with yoghurt. The wine list is heaven.

First off, everyone there was just amazing! Soooo nice and a lovely time. The owner came out and let my 11 year old cousin talk his ear off and laughed and smiled the whole way through. The food was amazing but what stood out the most was the calamari. It’s one of my favorited foods and I can for sure say that this one was the best I have ever had.
