Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Nell’s always delivers. Everyone enjoyed their meal and for our kiddo with Celiac disease they go above and beyond to keep her safe. Many menu items are naturally gluten free and they also make adjustments where possible.

We went for brunch on New Years’s Day. The places was packed and although we had a reservation but it took ~30mins to get a seating. The food was amazing. We ordered the Classic French Toast and the Joe’s Scramble. Both the dishes had good portions. Portage Bay SLU is one of our top to-go brunch spots. We have been here multiple times and the experience here has been great most of the times.

Superb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.
