Guests enter an elegant lounge with hand-crafted India inspired furniture and is complemented by a beautiful pond decorated with fresh flowers, creating a luxurious aesthetic.Benares has 4 private dining rooms, three of which are around the lounge: the Berkeley Room which seats up to 16 guests, the Sommeliers Table which seats up to 10 guests and a Chefs Table overlooking the kitchen which seats up to 8 guests.     I visited Bocconcino with my 15 yrs old son. We had carpaccio and melanzane parmigiana as starters, and ravioli with seabass and a plain ham and cheese pizza as mains. My son had the tiramisu for desert. I used to live in Italy and know Italian food. Bocconcino really brings out the flavors in every little piece of the dishes. I rarely order pasta as I get easily full, but I’m happy I did this time. Wonderful flavors. The carpaccio came with little dressing which was acidic and a great asset to the dish, I could munch them for lunch. The tiramisu jiggled like a master chef one. Absolutely well worth a visit.

    We have dined in some of Londonds best restaurants and we said when we got home that this was the first restaurant that we have been in in the past year that we didnt have a moan about, Food excellent,service very dood an friendly,good wine list, and very nice atmosphere

    The food was outstanding. The Samudri thali, my personal favorite, was a highlight, while the Peshawari kulcha was absolutely delicious and the Murg Makhni was quite good. However, the service could use some improvement and fine-tuning.

    We had the pleasure of dining at Sexy Fish in Mayfair to celebrate my son Markell’s 28th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. We opted for the Fishmas tasting menu, which was absolutely outstanding. It was a treat to sample a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service from Nicolay was first-class—he was not only incredibly friendly and happy but also highly knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure to accommodate two nut allergies without any issues, which we greatly appreciated. Nicolay also took the time to capture beautiful photos for us, ensuring we had lasting memories of our wonderful evening. The entire experience was exceptional, from the delicious food to the impeccable service. Sexy Fish is a perfect choice for a special celebration, and we look forward to returning!
