Set in glamorous backdrop of the Roaring Twenties & Prohibition Era, 11 East 12th Street was one of the thousands of illegal speakeasies supplying NYC with Libations & Liberation. Its hidden connection to the room above - 13 East 12th Street - helped spark its success for when officers arrived with a search warrant in hand, they were only able to gain entrance to the physical address listed - ‘13 East’...not ‘11’.

    The pasta’s and ingredients were absolutely incredible. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar really surprised us. The service was good but could be improved, it was a bit chaotic and the music could be turned down a little bit.

    Staff was so kind, helpful and professional - from checking out coats to table side service. Shoutout to STEVE! He was there for our humor and reciprocated in an informed and professional fashion. East coast oysters were fresh to death, tomahawk steak for two was literally divine. Thank you Strip House! Big ups to Steve!!!

    It was a lovely meal. We were a rather large party and had trouble finding our server to add more items after the initial order. This became problematic as the food we ordered was served family style and we had wanted to add more items. But the food was excellent, the ambience was very nice, and we had a really great time overall.
