The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. An amazing special occasion restaurant... Yes, It is pricey but you are getting the best steak and seafood available... Everything was cooked perfectly, it was a relaxing evening with great service and wonderful food.
