Saint Jacques at The Burke Manor Inn is the only 4 Diamond AAA rated restaurant in the Triad. Located in the picturesque railway town of Gibsonville, we serve dinner Wednesday - Saturday and lunch Thursday - Saturday. We recommend reservations!     We celebrated a birthday and lovely ambiance with delicious food. Menu options were good - each one of us had a different dinner choice with perfect pairings of vegetable and starch - and were delighted to be able to add a glob of that lucious goat cheese on request! Well done, servers and kitchen. Our reservations were spot on time, no rush for us to spend time together and yet, food was quickly served on order.

    You can’t ever go wrong with GVG! The bar is really nice with a good draft and bottled/canned beer selection, wine, and craft cocktails. The menu is always full of great selections covering the range from salads and soups, to seafood, chicken, and beef. We had the grouper selection and the root beer braised short ribs. Awesome. Desserts were outstanding .

    Every dining experience there is a joy. Last evening's was superb. From the french onion soup, to the filet on pastry, with a wonderful bottle of wine and a sweet dessert - oh my! The attentive staff and obviously incredible chef always make this a dining experience to savor and remember. One of our favorite all-time spots. Great for a special occasion or just dinner out. Can.Not.Go.Wrong!!

    We dined on December 18, 2024 with quite a number of holiday gatherings present. While energetic and festive, the ambiance was tilted toward louder than usual. Not uncomfortable, just not quite as comfortable. The table was perfect, the food delicious and the service impeccable.
